Ingredients: Amino acid mix (L-lysine HCl, L-leucine, L-threonine, L-valine, L-phenylalanine, L-isoleucine, L-methionine, L-histidine, L-tryptophan), acids (malic acid, citric acid), flavourings^{2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11}, flavouring¹, red beet juice concentrate^{1,3,5,6,7,8,9,10,11}, black carrot concentrate^5,10, anti-caking agent (E551), sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K, steviol glycosides from Stevia), colour (E160a^2,3,4,6, E132¹¹).

Recommended use: Mix ~2 scoops (12,4 g) of powder with 500-600 ml of water. As a food supplement consume 1-2 servings daily, one serving between meals and one serving before bedtime. On training days take 1 serving before, during or after your workout.
